Job summary
Clayton Architecture in Sefton is seeking an Architect to join our growing team. You will be involved in all design and construction stages, taking ownership of projects with support from our experienced team.
The role requires ARB registration, UK practice experience, and strong design/technical abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with SketchUp and Enscape considered an advantage. We offer a collaborative studio, flexible working, and CPD opportunities.
Qualifications
- ARB registered with current status in the UK.
- Experience in a UK architectural practice.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp; Enscape is a plus.
- Strong design, technical and detailing abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Prepare planning, Building Regulations and construction drawings.
- Produce technical detailing and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Assist with contract administration when required.
- Collaborate within a friendly studio environment.
