Job summary

Aztrum is seeking an Architect in Bournemouth to join a design-focused studio delivering education-sector projects. You will take projects from concept through planning to technical design and delivery, producing high-quality drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA qualified or working towards qualification.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential; BIM experience is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations, and construction methods.
• A strong design-led approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
• A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to progress within a growing practice.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join a growing team working on Blue Light, Defence, Commercial, Large-Scale Residential and Community projects.

The role of an Architect:

Taking projects through various stages from initial concept and planning through to technical design and delivery

Producing high-quality concept designs, presentations, technical drawings, and project documentation

Developing designs that respond to the specific needs of SEND environments, users, and communities
