Job summary

AJC Recruitment Limited is seeking an ARB registered Architect for a Bristol-based role focusing on high-end residential projects, including listed and heritage buildings across the Cotswolds and Somerset. You will manage concepts through planning, technical design, and construction stages, liaising with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate must have strong AutoCAD skills, be comfortable on site, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect with experience on listed or heritage buildings.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and good sketching ability.
• Solid knowledge of building regulations and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from concept design through planning, technical design and construction.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to meet timescales.
