Job summary

AJC Recruitment Limited is seeking an ARB registered Architect for a Bristol-based role focusing on high-end residential projects, including listed and heritage buildings across the Cotswolds and Somerset. You will manage concepts through planning, technical design, and construction stages, liaising with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate must have strong AutoCAD skills, be comfortable on site, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD skills and good sketching ability.
• Solid knowledge of building regulations and on-site communication.

Job description

They are an RIBA chartered practice with studios in Bristol and Bradford Upon Avon specialising in the high end residential sector. Projects feature work on listed and heritage buildings throughout the Cotswold's and Somerset for prestigious clients. Due to another upturn in workload they are looking for an Architect in Bristol.

You will be taking projects from concept design through planning, technical design and construction stages. In this varied role you will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors whilst ensuring timescales are being met.

We are keen to hear from ARB registered Architects who are confident working on listed buildings with strong AutoCAD skills. You will hold good sketching skills and have a solid understanding of the building regulations. This role needs someone who is able to communicate with clients on site and holds a full UK driving licence.
