Job summary

Sodexo in Northern Ireland is seeking an Architect to help shape an estate across NI. You will explore potential, develop plans and deliver architectural drawings within a large, varied estate.

Join a team focused on modernisation and efficient use of buildings, collaborating with internal designers and external teams. A degree and ARB registration with 3+ years' PQE, plus NI planning knowledge, is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree and postgraduate qualification in Architecture.
• Current registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
• Three years post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of Northern Ireland planning and building regulations.
• Experience producing architectural drawings and reports.
• Proficiency in architectural software (Revit preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork; willingness to travel across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies, viability assessments and presentation materials.
• Contribute to estate strategies, area plans and site masterplans.
• Assess space usage and inform future plans.
• Produce architectural drawings and supporting information.
• Develop project blueprints and dossiers for delivery.
• Collaborate with in-house teams, clients and external design teams.
• Ensure design work meets statutory requirements and guidance.
