Job summary

Hlp Design is recruiting a Qualified Architect for our Nottingham office. The role requires strong design and technical delivery skills, plus project management across a range of schemes. The successful candidate will have 5+ years post RIBA Part 3 experience and a track record managing projects up to £15m.

Qualifications

• Independent and collaborative work in an interdisciplinary design team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for design concepts with stakeholders.
• Organised, imaginative, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• ArchiCAD knowledge is desirable but not required.
• Creative and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Experience managing projects up to £15m in value (traditional and Design & Build).

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Coordinate technical delivery and project management across workstreams.
• Contribute to client and stakeholder presentations and meetings.
• Support career progression within the practice.
