Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in education sector is ideal but not essential.
• Experience on projects valued at £5m+.
• Ability to provide design and technical support to manage projects.
• Able to liaise with key clients and discuss design/technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Proven delivery of projects to high quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent Revit and IT presentation skills.
• Familiarity with delivering projects to BIM Level 2 PAS 1192 and ISO 19650-1.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Highly articulate and able to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Demonstrates initiative and independent working style.
• Organised and efficient approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support design delivery on projects valued £5m+.
• Coordinate design and technical aspects across stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients to discuss design solutions and progress.
• Ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Maintain BIM standards and compliance with Level 2 PAS 1192/ISO 19650-1.
