Baker Architectural is a busy, small architectural practice based in Hastings, undertaking all aspects of residential and commercial architecture, from residential extensions to sports pavilions and more.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our busy team. The successful candidate will work on projects of various sizes and types, from concept through planning to construction. The role includes some leadership duties and general office responsibilities.

Role Requirements

• Part 3 Architect (ARB) or Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) or Part 2 Architect with at least 3 years of practice experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MacOS.
• Clean UK driving license and regular access to a vehicle.
• Experience in architectural projects with a minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Teamwork willingness and ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
