What You’ll Do

• Lead and support early-stage design, from site analysis and concept development to planning presentations
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Contribute across all RIBA work stages, with particular emphasis on sustainable design principles
• Develop proposals with a focus onwhole-life carbon,circular economy thinking, andurban regeneration
• Work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing creativity with technical delivery

What We’re Looking For

• ARB-registered (Part 3 qualified)Architect
• Experience inhousing,residential masterplanning, andmixed-use developments
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills
• Proficiency inRevit,AutoCAD,SketchUp,Adobe InDesign, andPhotoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for sustainable architecture and commitment to ourplanet-positivedesign approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
