Mustard Jobs is seeking an Architect / Architectural Designer in London for a 6 month contract with extension potential. You will contribute to the delivery of complex, large-scale projects in a dynamic AJ100 practice. The role requires strong Revit skills and familiarity with UK building regulations, with two days in the office per week.

The position supports hybrid working and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within aCollaborative team of industry professionals.

Qualifikationen

• We require strong design and technical skills using Revit.
• Experience on technically demanding buildings such as Hospitals, Labs, Data Centres, or Airports.
• Solid understanding of UK construction legislation and building regulations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to delivery of complex large-scale projects in London.
• Work on RIBA stages 2-6 and develop architectural design documentation.
• Collaborate with in-house team and external consultants to ensure buildability.

We're Looking For

• Architects or Architectural Designers
• Strong design and technical skills using Revit
• Experience working on technically demanding buildings (such as Hospitals, Labs Data Centres, Airports etc)
• Strong understanding of UK construction legislation and building regulations
• Strong Revit experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Ability to work independently within a team
• Ability to work on Riba stage 2-6
• UK right to work (unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
