Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect in Bristol to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy. The role focuses on front-end design and RIBA Stages 0-3, translating client briefs into viable schemes for major retail and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates will have around 5+ years PQE, strong design skills, and a good grasp of UK planning and Building Regulations. Revit experience is preferred, and the team offers mentoring and clear progression paths within a

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect.
• Around 5+ years PQE, open to different levels for the right person.
• Strong design ability across early project stages.
• Good understanding of UK planning and Building Regulations.
• Confident communicating with clients and wider consultant teams.
• Revit experience is preferred.
• Retail or commercial experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working predominantly across RIBA Stages 0-3.
• Developing initial concepts, feasibility studies and design proposals.
• Taking client briefs and translating them into creative, commercially viable schemes.
• Producing and coordinating planning information.
• Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Contributing to a busy programme of retail and commercial projects.
• Supporting projects as they progress into the later stages where required.
