New Architect job in Reigate, this would suit a newly qualified architect or an experienced part 2 Architectural Assistant. You would be working across residential projects of all scales. The practice works closely with an in-house planning team, as well as private and developer clients, to deliver thoughtful, tailored design solutions.

The practice is known for their expertise in residential architecture, handling a variety of projects, from bespoke extensions to large-scale residential developments. The small team is currently in a period of expansion due to high demand. Your time would be split between private clients and the company’s own developments.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Reporting to the director
2. Managing projects independently
3. Running residential projects across all stages
4. Working directly with clients
5. Production of design and technical design packages
6. Using AutoCAD on a daily basis
7. Dealing with site-based issues as required.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience in UK residential projects is essential
2. Ability to demonstrate working across all RIBA stages
3. Qualified Architect or an experienced Part II would be considered
4. Strong design portfolio
5. Good communication
6. Ability to use AutoCAD is essential
7. You will need to be based no greater than 45 minutes from Reigate.
