About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse variety of projects across the education, commercial and residential sectors. Whilst growing under the guidance of senior and technical colleagues, you will develop your design and leadership skills in a supportive, purpose-led environment.

About you

Our client is looking for a talented architect with a passion for sustainable design solutions with a good foundation of experience across a variety of sectors.

  • A passion for designing impactful, meaningful and sustainable buildings.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a design- and delivery-focused practice.
  • Proven experience leading projects from concept through to delivery.
  • A collaborative mindset—able to build rapport across disciplines and relationships.
  • Strong presentation and drawing skills, able to articulate and evolve design concepts clearly.
  • Capability to guide design and construction teams professionally.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • RIBA / ARB registered
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—particularly in client interaction and team presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Enscape (highly valued).
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience preparing technical submissions, drawings, specifications, and reports.
