Job summary

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect with strong Revit skills to join a busy Design & Build contractor in London on a long-term freelance basis.

You will lead technical design packages from concept through to construction, collaborating with project managers, consultants and site teams on commercial and education sector fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Revit demonstrated on projects.
• Experience delivering commercial and/or education sector fit-outs.
• Experience in Design & Build environments.
• Technically strong with detailing and coordination.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, consultants and site teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical design packages from concept to construction.

Long-Term Freelance Opportunity | Start: Early to Mid-August

Experienced Architect required to join a busy Design & Build contractor delivering a range of commercial and education sector projects. The successful candidate will have strong Revit experience and be confident producing technical design packages while working collaboratively with project delivery teams from concept through to construction.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with an established contractor, offering involvement across multiple projects within a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

Requirements

• Strong Revit proficiency
• Experience delivering commercial and/or education sector fit out projects
• Previous experience working within a Design & Build environment
• Technically strong with excellent detailing and coordination skills
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Able to work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, and site teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• BIM coordination experience
• Refurbishment and fit-out project experience
