• 17+ years in software development and delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects including scope, schedule, cost and quality.

Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
• Ensure successful execution using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Drive release planning, sprint execution, and delivery governance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Client Engagement (Onsite Role)

• Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Conduct regular status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.

3. Team Management

• Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, architects).
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance.
• Manage resource allocation, onboarding, and performance tracking.

4. Program & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across multiple projects/workstreams.
• Align delivery with business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage expectations of senior stakeholders and executives.

5. Quality & Process Excellence

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, QA processes, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
