Job Title: Architect

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist Architectural practice who offer expert design services to the residential, education, and defence sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to lead on a range of high-profile projects for their Glasgow studio

Duties for the role of Architect:

• Lead on design development across all RIBA work stages
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, other members of multidisciplined teams and contractors
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architect with a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience managing your own projects across a broad range of sectors
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Strong technical detailing and design skills
• Pro-active and “can do” attitude
• Looking to grow and progress within the company
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
