Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a Lanarkshire-based Architectural practice as we assist them with a key appointment to their business.
Our client has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has grown into a leading player across the Central Belt of Scotland. They have enjoyed significant organic growth over the last 5 years, leading to a recent move into a larger studio.
Exciting times are ahead as the business looks to take the next step in its journey, and they are seeking an ambitious Architect to join their team and be part of this growth.
The role involves supporting the Managing Director and Associate of the practice in providing design solutions within the studio and assisting with client engagement.
You will have full design autonomy and will manage your own projects, with support from staff members at various levels.
Your initial project will be a £10m conversion of a Grade B listed building. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including residential, office, retail, public buildings, and hotels.
