Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is recruiting an Architect for an employee-owned, design-led practice in Cambridge. The role leads education, residential, and mixed-use projects across multiple RIBA stages while ensuring design intent, programme requirements and quality standards.

Applicants should have at least five years post Part III experience in the UK, strong knowledge of UK building regulations, and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years post Part III experience in the UK.
• Knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for detailed drawings.
• UK building regulations and standards knowledge.
• Experience coordinating consultants, clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Strong workload management and interpersonal/communication skills.

Hunter Dunning is working with an employee-owned, design-led Architecture practice to recruit an Architect. The role will lead education, residential, and mixed-use projects across multiple RIBA stages while maintaining design intent, programme requirements, and quality standards.

Your Experience

• Minimum of five years post Part III professional experience within the United Kingdom
• Strong knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience
• Confident using Revit and AutoCAD for detailed technical drawing packages
• Education project experience is advantageous rather than essential
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
• Experience coordinating consultants, clients, stakeholders, and contractors
• Strong workload management, interpersonal, and communication skills
