This role is available at an established practice in Brighton, working on stage 3 onward of a large-scale residential project. The practice offers 2 days a week remote work, an employee ownership scheme, and a salary up to £36,000.

The Brighton Studio was founded in the mid-’90s and has a strong portfolio mainly in conservation, higher education, and residential projects across the Southeast. Currently, the studio has 10 staff in Brighton, with over 45 employees overall, and plans to expand due to increased workload. Newly qualified architects with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce design and technical drawing packages
• Collaborate effectively with the team
• Report to senior/associate staff
• Meet with clients, stakeholders, and contractors as needed
• Attend site visits when required

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years post-Part III UK experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Experience with Conservation and Residential projects is desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of UK building regulations
• Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors
