Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Part III qualified Architect with at least two years post-Part III experience to contribute to varied new-build and refurbishment projects. You will produce detailed drawings and models using Revit, liaise with clients and consultants, and help deliver projects on time.

You'll work within a collaborative studio environment, manage your workload effectively, and benefit from a supportive team with mentoring and career development.

Qualifications

• Part III qualified architect with a minimum of two years post-Part III experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit for architectural drawings and models.
• Excellent design and technical skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage individual workloads while meeting project deadlines.

Our client is an established architectural practice with a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects. Their portfolio includes projects spanning Retail, Hospitality, Heritage, Residential, Conservation, Education, Healthcare, Arts, Workplace, Public Realm, Masterplanning and Sports.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architectural design and delivery of varied new-build and refurbishment projects
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, models and coordinated project information using Revit software
• Collaborate with architectural colleagues and external consultants to develop coordinated project solutions
• Liaise with clients and other project stakeholders throughout architectural design and delivery

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with at least two years of post-Part III professional architectural experience
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and its application to architectural drawings and models
• Good architectural design and technical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage individual workloads effectively while contributing to wider architectural project deadlines
