Headland Archaeology is recruiting a permanent GIS Analyst based in Hereford or at Headland’s regional sites. You will implement GIS workflows, support data infrastructure, and compile atlas-style drawings while handling land ownership, services and ecology constraints.

You will collaborate with senior staff to keep projects on programme and budget. We seek candidates with strong QGIS skills, data processing experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, while embracing

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject is essential.
• Proven GIS drawing and data processing experience.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for spatial data and GIS deliverables.
• Manage GIS project setup and ensure data security.
• Support GIS infrastructure and training across the company.
