Accrington Academy is seeking an ARC 24 Manager to lead the Accrington Reflect Centre within the pastoral and behaviour team. The role focuses on high-quality educational provision and bespoke behavioural, pastoral, emotional and social support to students.

Pay Band 3 (Professional)-plus any nationally agreed cost of living increase. Contract: Term Time Only-39 weeks,37.5 hours per week Closing date: 20th September 2026 Start Date: ASAP-Following satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, resilient and highly motivated ARC 24 Manager to join our pastoral and behaviour team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in effectively managing our Accrington Reflect Centre (ARC), ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality educational provision alongside bespoke behavioural, pastoral, emotional and social support. Working closely with Heads of Year, the Assistant Principal for Behaviour, the Senior Behaviour Manager and wider pastoral colleagues, you will support students to reflect on their behaviour, remove barriers to learning and successfully re-engage with their education.
