OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance professional to operate power tools for cutting and upkeep under contract guidelines. You will ensure method statements are complied with, complete risk assessments, and maintain plant and vehicles in line with procedures.

You will lead a maintenance team on site, organise tasks to meet standards safely and on schedule, and liaise with management on methods and specifications while upholding a courteous, professional approach.

Formación

• CS 30, CS 31 and chaser qualifications listed as essential.
• Chipper and 1stAid are required.
• CS 32, 38, 39, 40, 41, 45, UA 1, 2.1, PA1, PA6AW and B+E are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Operating power tools and equipment for cutting and maintenance per contract requirements.
• Ensure all work specifications and method statements are compiled and complied with.
• Complete site documentation and risk assessments.
• Follow safe working methods and environmental practices.
• Maintain plant, equipment and company vehicles.
• Organise site duties to meet standards with minimal risk and on time.
• Liaise with management on methods and specifications.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain competency and development under Line Manager guidance.
• Complete works per the work programme and cycle to standard and right first time.
• Ensure work aligns with contract specifications and timelines.
