OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management group delivering specialist vegetation management services across the UK. We are seeking a capable arborist to join our team on a long-standing national contract in Farnham, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break and potential flexible hours to meet project needs.

You will use your arboriculture qualification, be a trained climber, and thrive in a small team.

Competenze

• Arboriculture or Forestry qualification required.
• Previous experience in arboriculture/forestry, preferably utility arb or land-based.
• Trained and competent climber with a safe working approach.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Team member may be expected to flexible on the hours based on the requirements of the role, but overall, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to join our team to work on this long standing and well established major national utility vegetation management contract.
• Have a firm focus on customer satisfaction, safety, compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and the promotion of safe working practices.

Key Hiring Criteria:

• Will have an Arb or Forestry qualification.
• Will have previous experience in arboriculture or forestry, preferably utility arb or land-based industry.
• Will be a trained and competent climber.
• Be competent and confident in your role although high quality training is provided for the right person.
• Be comfortable working in a small team, you will need to be a problem solver, self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively, efficiently and have a professional and safe approach to work.
