• Tickets such as chainsaw operation (CS30/31 or equivalent) and climbing/rescue qualifications are advantageous.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, working at height, and risk assessment on active sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle equipment safely.
• Effective teamwork and professional client interactions.
• Valid UK driving license is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Arborist role based in Epsom, with work carried out across London and the south east of England. The Arborist will perform day-to-day tree surgery tasks such as pruning, crown reduction, felling, and removal, as well as assisting with planting, stump grinding, and site clearances. Responsibilities include assessing tree condition, identifying species, supporting arboricultural reports, and following safe working practices and industry standards. The role also involves operating and maintaining chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment, managing ropes and rigging, and ensuring work sites are left clean and safe. The Arborist will collaborate with team members, communicate professionally with clients, and follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
