Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the smooth operation of the grain store and associated equipment are also essential parts of this varied and hands-on role.

  • Telehandler certificate
  • Experience operating arable machinery
  • Confident using modern GPS and electronic systems
  • Grain store experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong reliability, time management, and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Committed to delivering high-quality work, especially during peak times

The Package:
  • £37,000 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience
