Lead Arable Operator – Buckinghamshire – £37,000 - £42,500 DOE + Company Vehicle + Overtime

We are seeking an experienced Arable Farm Worker and Grain Store Operative to join a well-established, family-run business in Buckinghamshire. This permanent, full-time role involves a variety of duties including arable farming, estate maintenance, and grain store operations. Responsibilities include cultivation, drilling, spraying, fertilising, machinery maintenance, and grain handling tasks such as weighing, sampling, operating driers and sorters, and dispatching grain.
