360 Talent London Ltd. is partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to hire a Luxury Client Advisor for its Knightsbridge department store.

This full-time, permanent role offers exposure to an international clientele and a chance to shine in one of London's most iconic luxury destinations. You will deliver world-class service, build and maintain a VIP client book, and consistently achieve sales targets while developing deep product knowledge and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion retail is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with VIP/international clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first interaction through to after-sales service.
• Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand's craftsmanship and collections.
• Maximise sales through cross-selling and styling recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and day-to-day boutique operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
