Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Screening Interviewer fluent in Arabic to plan, conduct and review online video-recorded screening interviews as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process. You will summarise findings in written English and ensure all relevant information is captured in the interview plan. Location: Twickenham (office-based).

Contract: 6 months with potential permanency. Salary: £17.99 PAYE per hour (approx. £32,748 per year).

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and strong written/verbal English required.
• IT literacy with Teams, Outlook, and databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan interviews, review due diligence reports, and identify follow-up questions.
• Organise interviews and liaise with clients.
• Conduct online video-recorded interviews with applicants.
• Summarise findings and compare with original reports.
• Report findings and conduct follow-up enquiries as directed.
