Job summary

Mercor is seeking native Arabic speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You will place calls and perform quality reviews to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent, ensuring accuracy and naturalness of interactions.

You will complete 10 test calls and 10 QA reviews, then provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience to help improve the AI assistant. Start dates are immediate and sessions are short in duration.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Arabic speaker.
• Experience with data annotation or labeling is required.
• Must be able to place calls with good audio quality and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent according to provided prompts and scenarios.
• Complete 10 QA reviews of calls evaluating accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
