Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Project Planner to manage scheduling and delivery for multi-location projects, collaborating with engineering, production and sales to meet time, cost and quality targets. The role embraces a 4D scheduling approach using AR-enabled BIM workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong planning instincts, experience across construction-related industries and a passion for construction technology. Hybrid work and UK-based opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling experience in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and 4D integration.
• Integrate Project Programmes into the BIM model to sequence the build.
• Collaborate with Sales on client calls and demonstrate schedule knowledge.
• Perform data analytics using Power BI, Power Apps and Excel for progress reporting.
• Monitor productivity and deadlines with regular stakeholder engagement.
• Provide technical support for Planning & Project Controls within the team.
