Job summary

Fife Sports and Leisure Trust is seeking a dedicated Learn to Swim Programme Coordinator to support the Aquatics Manager across Fife, based at Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre, Glenrothes. The role focuses on delivering a comprehensive learn to swim programme and increasing participation across facilities.

You will develop a capable workforce, implement Scottish Swimming pathways, and monitor programme impact in line with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• SVQ2, National Certificate, Higher or equivalent.
• Experience delivering education and CPD programmes.
• Scottish Swimming's Teacher Qualification.
• PVG disclosure required before appointment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive learn to swim programme across FSLT facilities and increase participation.
• Develop infrastructure and capacity by building a workforce of qualified swimming teachers.
• Implement Scottish Swimming's pathways to improve performance in swimming in Fife.
• Monitor, evaluate and review programme impact and outcomes.
