• Carry out electrical refurbishment works within schools and colleges.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Replace defective electrical components and accessories.

• Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour at all times.
• Be aware of safeguarding procedures when working around children and vulnerable people.

Essential Requirements

• Gold ECS/JIB Approved Electrician Card.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check).
• Experience in refurbishment and maintenance electrical works.
• Competent in fault finding and electrical repairs.
• Ability to work independently and from electrical drawings.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
