Job summary

Caddy Group Limited seeks an experienced Approved Electrician for a long-term commercial project in Hampshire. You will handle installation, inspection and testing within a professional project team, delivering high-quality workmanship and complying with current regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a JIB Gold Card - Approved Electrician, 18th Edition BS 7671 (2018 + A2:2022), and City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (or equivalent), with proven commercial installation experience; BPSS clearance is

Qualifications

• Proven experience on commercial electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Installing commercial electrical systems per project specs.
• Installing containment systems (cable tray, basket, trunking, conduit).
• Installing and terminating SWA and LV cabling.
• Carrying out distribution board installations, alterations and upgrades.
• Completing power and lighting installations.
• Electrical inspection, testing and certification of works.
• Reading and interpreting drawings/specifications.
• Adhering to health, safety and site procedures.
• Collaborating with site management and other trades.
