Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
• AM2
• City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent in testing and inspection
• 18th Edition regulation
• If you do not have your 2391 or equivalent, you would be classed as an Electrician (£36,823 per annum)

Responsibilities & Scope

• Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
• Experience of working for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council
• Experience of delivering responsive repairs
• Strong customer service skills
• Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
• Role requires a DBS check

You'll be joining a talented team carrying out remedial work, general maintenance, and repairs across our properties. You will thrive on giving great customer service and keeping jobs on track and have the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec. You will have a right first-time mentality ensuring the Customer is at the centre of everything you do. The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team and the role will require working on the out of hours rota which includes availability over 7 days, including working Saturdays and Sundays. Salary and Benefits

Basic salary of £39,290 per annum for an Approved Electrician or £36,823 per annum for an Electrician (additional can be earned from voluntary overtime and out of hours).
