Oaklands College is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach in Specialist Education to lead the apprenticeship journey for learners in support and specialist roles. You will deliver training, coaching, and assessment, build individual training plans, and maintain quality records to support funding and outcomes.

• Experience delivering training, coaching, and assessment in apprenticeship/education/workplace learning environments.
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards and vocational training delivery.

Mansioni

• Deliver engaging training, coaching, and assessment to apprentices in specialist education and support roles.
• Develop and agree individual training plans with apprentices and employers.
• Conduct regular workplace visits, progress reviews, and assessments with apprentices and employers.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records to support quality assurance and funding requirements.
