Job summary

South Devon College is seeking an Apprenticeship Support Team Apprentice in Paignton. The role involves hands-on administration, data accuracy and compliance within the Apprenticeship Support Team, with structured training and mentorship during an 18–24 month fixed-term contract.

  • Assist with routine audits, apprenticeship enrolments and wider administrative activities, including Skill Scans, POTs, learner information and ELI processes.
  • Provide practical support during busy enrolment periods to help the team deliver an efficient and positive service.

Are you organised, enthusiastic and keen to begin a career in administration? We are looking for an Apprenticeship Support Team Apprentice to join our supportive and experienced team .

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while completing an apprenticeship and developing valuable skills in administration, data accuracy, compliance and quality assurance. You will receive structured training and mentoring to help you build your knowledge and confidently contribute to the effective delivery of our apprenticeship provision.

About the role
