Job description

The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to support the effective running of an organisation and prepare for future management responsibilities. Learners will gain a broad understanding of business operations, stakeholder management, communication, project support, and continuous improvement. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with highly transferable business administration skills that can be applied across a wide range of sectors and organisations, providing a strong foundation for career progression into supervisory or management roles., The Sales and Marketing Associate role is a developmental position within the Cummins Emission Solutions European Commercial Team. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Darlington College. The working hours are 09:00AM to 17:00PM (with flexibility to suit business needs). On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team specializing in sales and business administration for our European Commercial Team in Darlington, UK. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!, Must have obtained a 5/B in maths, 5/B in both English subjects.
