Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our head office in London.

Are you looking for an apprenticeship role within recruitment? Skilled Careers are looking to take on an Apprentice for our head office in London. This is a great opportunity for a budding apprentice to build a career in a supportive recruitment environment with an experienced team who will encourage and influence you.

We are looking for someone with the ambition and drive to use their apprenticeship to gain valuable recruitment and industry knowledge and skills initially as a recruitment resourcer to progress within Skilled Careers and evolve into a full 360 Consultant.

What you’ll do at work
  1. Register new candidates with Skilled Careers
  2. Re-Engage with existing candidates on the database
  3. Establish the top talent within the construction industry
  4. Contact relevant candidates daily to ensure smooth registration
  5. Effectively communicate with candidates via email and phone
  6. Develop professional working relationships with candidates and maintain excellent relationships to enhance the reputation of our company
  7. Verify and upload candidate documentation to the company database whilst recording activity
  8. Work as a team to allocate targets and achieve weekly/daily KPIs
  9. Understand compliance and industry requirements
  10. Assist managers in resourcing applicants
  11. Develop knowledge of clients and their projects
  12. Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
  13. Use candidate databases to find the right person for the client
  14. Utilize the database to its full potential for maximum reach
  15. Receive and review applications
  16. Conduct targeted searching using job boards/LinkedIn
  17. Screen CVs
  18. Prepare CVs and notes
  19. Handle enquiries
  20. Maintain administrative systems
  21. Keep well-organized files and records of business activity
  22. Keep computer databases up to date
  23. Follow up on business communications
  24. Handle all concerns within the agreed timeline

This is an apprenticeship vacancy.

You will be working towards completing your apprenticeship within recruitment and will be given the time to study alongside gaining experience within the role. This will take approximately 12-18 months to complete.
