Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused individual to support apprenticeship programmes and nurture the next generation of Plumbers.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, build strong relationships with employers, conduct reviews, and ensure End Point Assessments training is completed successfully. We value a proactive approach and commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, customer-focused individual passionate about apprenticeships.
• Experience supporting apprenticeship programmes and coordinating employer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employers and apprentices, advising and drafting plans for apprenticeship funds.
• Develop positive relationships with employers and apprentices, keep them updated on training progress and satisfaction.
• Create action plans with employers and apprentices, set targets, and monitor progress toward apprenticeship completion.
• Conduct tri-partite reviews with employers and apprentices.
• Deliver PD/WISPA group tutorials and teach relevant content.
• Communicate effectively with employers, apprentices, staff, parents and students.
