Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Early Careers Programme Lead to drive the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships across multiple sites. You will manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to completion and design flexible learning solutions in-person, virtual, and digital formats.

You will oversee the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account, optimise levy utilisation, and identify funding opportunities to grow the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Early Careers and apprenticeship programmes.
• In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and DAS.
• Ability to lead and develop others and build high-performing teams.
• Strong facilitation skills and blended learning design.

Responsibilities

• Execute Early Careers strategy across multiple sites.

• Support expansion of Early Careers provisions in line with Talent Development strategy.
• Oversee DAS account administration and funding management.
• Manage levy utilisation and identify additional funding opportunities.
• Track impact and ROI of programmes for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with leaders, partners and providers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and policy changes to ensure compliance.

Overview

• Execute the Early Careers strategy, leading delivery of high-quality Early Careers programmes across N.
• Manage the full apprenticeship lifecycle, ensuring effective onboarding, progression and completion.
• Design and deliver learning solutions across a range of formats (in-person, virtual, blended and digital) to support apprentice development.
• Support the development and expansion of N’s Early Careers provision in line with the Talent Development strategy.
• Oversee the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account, ensuring accurate administration and funding management.
• Manage and optimise levy utilisation in line with N’s Early Careers strategy.
• Identify and leverage additional funding opportunities to support programme growth.
• Track and measure the impact of Early Careers programmes, supporting clear return on investment and commercial value to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, partners and providers to deliver a high-quality Early Careers experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and policy changes to ensure compliance and successful programme delivery.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company, ideally multi-site
• Proven experience managing Early Careers and apprenticeship programmes
• In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance, with experience managing the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
• Proven ability to lead and develop others, creating engaged and high-performing teams
• Highly skilled in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Strong facilitation skills with experience in blended learning design
• Confidence using digital tools and learning systems (experience with Attensi is a plus)
• Experience supporting early career learners or young people is desirable
• Early Years sector experience is a bonus, but not required
