Job summary

Derby College Group invites applications for an Apprenticeship Manager – Audit & Compliance based at the Ilkeston campus. You will lead apprenticeship funding assurance, compliance and audit activity, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting continuous improvement.

You'll steer an expert team, develop robust assurance frameworks and oversee processes to protect public funding and uphold high standards of apprenticeship delivery across the group.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules, compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Experience with ILR validation, funding assurance and apprenticeship data management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and oversee multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
