Job summary

Howdens Joinery is opening a brand-new depot in Skelmersdale and inviting applicants to join as an Apprentice from January 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a busy warehouse, supported by a dedicated mentor and depot team, with clear progression paths into sales, management and leadership roles.

This Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship offers training, support and opportunities to develop in a market-leading business.

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.

• This apprenticeship develops practical skills in warehousing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organise stock in a busy warehouse.
• Support goods in and out of the depot.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Build relationships and support customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop confidence in depot operations and processes.
