Howdens Joinery Limited is offering a Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship at the Truro Depot. You will learn on the job, developing stock management, customer support, and depot operations in a fast-paced environment.

The programme runs for 12–15 months with a Level 2 apprenticeship, a starting salary of £16,686 plus team incentives, and support to achieve Maths and English if needed. You’ll have a dedicated mentor and depot manager guiding your progress.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship required or pursued.
• Support to achieve Maths & English (if needed).
• Motivated to learn and develop in a busy depot environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop alongside experienced colleagues in a leading business.
• Manage and organise stock.
