Job summary

TUI Group in Bridgend is offering a part-time Retail Apprentice Travel Advisor position. You'll join the Retail Team and begin your journey toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship, gaining practical experience selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products.

You'll work varied hours including weekends and evenings, with training on systems and support from a learning coach to help you complete practical and written assignments and achieve the Level 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Sell holidays and related products to customers in-store and online
• Aim to exceed sales targets within the Retail team
• Assist customers face-to-face and virtually, resolving questions or complaints
• Receive training on systems to enhance knowledge and skills
• Complete practical and written apprenticeship assignments with support from learning coach
• Work towards achieving the Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
