Apprentice & Trainee Scaffolders

Lee Marley offers exciting opportunities for individuals eager to build a career in the scaffolding industry by joining our growing apprenticeship program. Applications are open to recent school/college graduates as well as those looking to change careers.

To qualify for scaffolding training, candidates should work well in a team, follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work responsibly. Due to the physical demands of the job, good health and fitness are essential.

We provide full training and a competitive salary. No formal qualifications are required; suitability will be assessed during the interview at our offices in Reading or London.

Applicants must demonstrate commitment and be willing to work within a team. Apprentices will be employed by Lee Marley as Labourers/Trainee Scaffolders throughout the program.

Training includes block release to college. Upon successful completion, you will earn:

• Level 2 Diploma in Scaffolding
• NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Accessing Operations and Rigging (Construction) Scaffolding
• Maths & English Level 1 (Functional Skills)
