Job summary

Snows Motor Group is seeking an Apprentice Technician for Lexus Exeter to learn workshop duties under supervision and contribute to efficient service delivery. The role emphasises safety, teamwork and customer care within a busy dealership environment.

You will undertake brand-standard services, participate in apprentice training, and become a valued member of the workshop team while progressing through a structured learning pathway.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle services and repairs in line with brand standards.
• Work with dealership processes and liaise with customers when appropriate.
• Support more experienced colleagues and attend apprentice training.
• Be a full member of the workshop and dealership team.
• Ensure safe working practices and maintain a clean environment.
• Follow COSHH regulations for handling hazardous materials.

Due to continued success, we are currently on the lookout for anApprentice Technicianto join our established team atLexus Exeter.

As anApprentice Technicianyou will carry out all workshop duties in an efficient and safe manner under the supervision of a Senior Technician. To meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.

Your day will include:

• Carry out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with the brand technical standards
• Work in accordance with the brand and dealership processes
• Liaise directly with customers where appropriate
• Provide support to more experienced colleagues
• Attend apprentice training for the brand
• Work as a full member of the workshop and dealership teams
• Ensure working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous
• Ensure protective clothing and equipment supplied is worn appropriately
• Carry out the handling of waste products and hazardous materials as per company policies and C.O.S.H.H. regulations

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
