The Donnelly Group is recruiting for its annual Apprentice Technician intake across Northern Ireland. This role offers on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced technicians and a clear path from Level 2 to Level 3 apprenticeships within a leading motor retailer.
You'll work with a team, learn to diagnose and service vehicles, and progress through structured assessments with external training providers as part of the apprenticeship programme.

Application process:
Being an Apprentice Technician requires attention to detail and an interest in understanding how things work. As part of our selection process, we will use an external training provider to assess your potential in the following areas:
Literacy
Numeracy
Mechanical Comprehension
Essential requirements:
Able to demonstrate effective communication and team-working ability.
GCSE passes (grade C or above) including Maths, English and ICT would be desirable.
Demonstrate good problem solving techniques and methodical approach to tasks.
Must have desire to succeed in a career within the Motor Industry.
Reliability and punctuality.
Healthy and safety mindset.
Have signed up and have been accepted into a College/Training Provider.
Application for Level 2 and the Level 3 Apprenticeships are welcomed by The Donnelly Group. As part of your Apprenticeship we will support your progression from Level 2 through Level 3 and on to higher apprenticeships.
