Job summary

John Deere is seeking a motivated Trainee Technical Instructor to support and deliver training at our Nottinghamshire Training Centre. You will assist in preparing training materials and participate in live sessions with experienced trainers, learning on the job and building practical skills from day one.

The role offers an apprenticeship path with development opportunities within a global leader in agriculture, construction, forestry and power systems.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Good organisation and attention to detail are required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and delivery of engaging training sessions.
• Help create and update training materials and resources.
• Assist during live training activities alongside experienced trainers.
