Job summary

Learn Academies Trust is seeking an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team across our family of schools. This part-time, fixed-term role runs for 18 months with 30 hours per week over 39 weeks, offering an opportunity to earn while you learn.

You will work with class teachers to plan, deliver and assess activities, support small groups and individuals, and help create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided and support available for your progression.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities
• Assist in supporting whole-class teaching
• Working with small groups and individual pupils
• Supporting pupils' personal and social development
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• You may also be required to support wrap-around care as part of your role.
